I am Melie, an Online health, fitness and nutrition coach. I have been there, failed almost every diet you can name, had no self confidence and struggled with body image. I used to think nothing would work, everything failed, so I totally understand your problem. However, I am out the other side and I am here to help you feel the most confidence version of yourself. Why is this not like anything you've done?

The mental side of fitness is one most people don’t talk about. I will be here to guide you through what is going on in your head, because when you work on your mental fitness, the physical results not only follow, but stay FOREVER. So you will get 24/7 access to me for full support.

Why does it work?

As your coach, I firmly believe accountability/support is the glue that keeps everything together. It is MAJORLY underestimated when it comes to how people achieve / sustain their goals. I will guide you every step of the way.

Will I have to put my life on hold?

No. We will work as a team to create a routine and way of life for you to smash your goals and maintain it, all while fitting it into your life. My gals to enjoy their favourite foods in moderation while still achieving their weight loss goals. Encourage a balanced approach to eating, focusing on overall dietary patterns rather than strict rules or restrictions.
