Hi, I am Melie

I am an Online health, fitness and nutrition coach. I have been there, failed almost every diet you can name, had no self confidence and struggled with body image. I used to think nothing would work, everything failed, so I totally understand your problem.

This absolutely crushed my self belief and confidence. I felt lost, unhappy, depressed and just wasn't happy in my body. So I know how you feel. I kept trying, kept restricting, and kept rebounding. I'd lose 3lbs, then gain it back. Even though I wanted to lose more.
